The party won't be complete without food and booze. This time, we did not go for the usual Pinoy delicacies from Amber. Hindi bagay, no! For starters, I prepared chips and tortilla with hummus dip and asparagus bundles , and Chef Anjh prepared a sumptuous shrimp cocktail. The entrée was superb! Chef Anjh served sirloin steak in sun-dried tomatoes, while Chef Jeanette prepared a mouth-watering pan-fried salmon steak and seafood pasta marinara. My chicken cordon bleu also hit the buffet table. Of course, red and white wine were overflowing. Bongga, di ba? And the fruity cheesecake was so yummy!
